When operating water-based spray adhesives, we should pay attention to the following:

3. After even spraying, let it sit for 1-2 minutes for bonding (otherwise the adhesive layer will not be tacky);

4. Applying appropriate pressure during bonding will result in a better bonding effect (some special materials or processes require the adhesive layer to be dried before heating and pressing for bonding. This can be adjusted according to customer requirements);

5. When the spray gun is not in use, clean it with ordinary tap water;

6. When using this product, pay attention to even spraying on the surface of the object to be bonded, but the surface of the object to be bonded must be dry, clean, and oil-free before spraying, otherwise it will affect the optimal bonding effect.

7. After spraying, leave it at a temperature of 20°C or higher for 1 minute, or until the adhesive is no longer tacky (depending on the operation time and placement in the workplace), then apply pressure to bond. The bonding material should be in place at once for stable and firm results.

8. When using below 10°C, the storage time should be appropriately extended. Or if operational process requirements need to be met, please adjust with our engineering department to ensure good adhesive performance!

9. At temperatures between 10°C and -10°C, and in rainy or humid weather, you need to master the optimal bonding time and pay attention to whether the material surface and the object to be bonded are dry, otherwise it will lead to poor bonding results.
