I. Operating Specifications

1. Before spraying the environmentally friendly adhesive, check if the spray gun is functioning properly. If there is water, please remove it in advance;

2. Open doors and windows at the construction site to ensure good ventilation;

3. Keep away from fire and static electricity during construction, at the construction site 50 There should be no other buildings that may produce sparks or static electricity within a meter range;

4. During construction, the surface of the material must be cleaned and must be free of grease, dust, or other debris.

5. Spray the environmentally friendly adhesive nozzle evenly onto the surface of the material:

The nozzle should be perpendicular to the material surface;

The nozzle is preferably about 0.5 meters from the material surface.

The air pressure of the spray gun should be adjusted to the normal requirement of 6 kilograms;

The spray gun sprays a uniform fan-shaped adhesive mist, with a fan angle of approximately 45 degrees;

During spraying, the adhesive layer should evenly cover the material, and the adhesive layer should not be too thick;

During spraying, the spray gun should move smoothly and steadily, without accumulating or lacking adhesive.

6. After evenly spraying the environmentally friendly adhesive, place it for 1-2 minutes for bonding (otherwise the adhesive layer will not stick to your hands);

7. Appropriate pressure during bonding will result in a better bonding effect;

8. Some special materials or processes require the adhesive layer to be dried, then heated and pressed to bond it. The adhesive can be adjusted according to customer requirements;

9. When not using the spray gun, please clean the spray gun;

10. Impact of poor spraying:

If the adhesive layer is too thin, it is easy to cause insufficient adhesion;

If the adhesive layer is too thick, it will increase costs, slow down drying speed, etc., and will also cause adhesive accumulation, affecting the bonding quality;

Uneven adhesive layer will cause adhesive accumulation and partial rebound.

II. Process Characteristics

1. The environmentally friendly spray adhesive process directly uses thermoplastic polymer materials, adding unique enhancers, modifiers, and related additives to form a solvent-type adhesive. The production process is simple, without heating, and is compounded at normal temperature and pressure. Mix and stir for approximately 3 hours to produce the product.

3. Environmentally friendly spray adhesive is a single-component adhesive, free of harmful solvents such as benzene, toluene, and xylene, and is convenient and safe to use. Shelf life exceeds one year.

4. The product has a low odor and dries quickly ( 1-3 minutes for bonding), good spraying performance, good initial viscosity, high strength, easy for assembly line production; it has good temperature resistance, cold resistance, water resistance after curing, and good comprehensive performance, etc.
