Used for bonding materials such as sofa sponge, foam, cloth, leather, paper, wood, plastic, PVC, PE, EVA, metal, rubber, insulation cotton, fireproof board, aluminum-plastic board, etc. Spray adhesive parts are used for spraying glue on sofas, sponges, sofas, mattresses, swivel chairs, etc.
1. When using spray products, pay attention to even spraying on the surface of the object to be bonded, but before spraying construction, the surface of the object to be bonded must be dry, clean and oil-free, otherwise it will affect the best bonding effect.
2. After spraying, place it at a temperature above 20℃ for 1 minute, or the glue does not stick to your hands (depending on the working location of the working time), pressure can be applied for bonding. The materials to be bonded at one time should be accurate to ensure that the effect is stable and firm.
3. When the temperature is below 10℃, the storage time should be extended, or if the operation process needs to be met, please adjust it with our engineering department to ensure that the product has the best bonding performance.
4. When used at temperatures between 10℃ and -10℃ and in rainy or humid weather, the optimal bonding time operation should be mastered. Pay attention to whether the material and surface of the object to be bonded are dry, otherwise it will lead to poor bonding effect.
5. In the process of conversion of this product through objective factors such as weather and phenology, if there are differences in operation, process and quality, please contact the spray adhesive manufacturer in time to solve the problem, which will not affect product production and reduce production efficiency.
6. The special operating requirements of spray adhesives are different and inconsistent, such as spraying and non-spraying, fast drying and slow drying, high and low concentration, high and low viscosity, non-stickiness, long and short adhesion time, etc.
