1. Pre-treatment
Before applying the adhesive, the bonding surfaces must be pre-treated. Remove oil, water, rust, and dust from the joint surfaces. Rust can be removed from metal surfaces using sandpaper, wire brushes, or other rust removers to avoid affecting the adhesion of the spray adhesive.
2. Adhesive

3. Drying
Solvent-based liquid spray adhesives require drying; otherwise, the solvent will gradually evaporate between the bonding surfaces, causing the adhesive layer to shrink and produce bubbles, thereby reducing the sealing performance. The drying time for adhesive and dry peel adhesives is usually 2 to 3 minutes; for non-dry and semi-dry viscoelastic adhesives, bonding and tightening can be done within 3 to 6 minutes; while silicone spray adhesives do not require solvents and therefore do not need to be dried.
4. Tight Connection
The tightening method for liquid spray adhesives is the same as for solid gaskets. When tightening, the force must be even and appropriate, and the sealing surface must not move.
5. Post-Cleaning
Clean up excess and dripping adhesive.
