Adhesives are indispensable auxiliary materials in many production and industrial operations. However, if companies purchase inferior "three-no" products, the chemical raw materials of these "three-no" adhesives will not only seriously exceed standards but also have low safety factors. In addition, most factory production workshops have poor ventilation. Long-term inhalation of harmful gases produced by these "three-no" products will damage employees' health and, in severe cases, threaten their lives. Therefore, in terms of ensuring employees' safe production and operation and product quality, enterprises need not only to choose environmentally friendly spray adhesives produced by regular manufacturers but also to equip factories with complete ventilation facilities and corresponding safety auxiliary facilities.

　　If the raw material content added during the adhesive production process does not meet national environmental protection standards, it cannot be called an environmentally friendly adhesive. Enterprises using environmentally friendly adhesives can not only provide good protection for employees' health and safety but also ensure production quality.

　　Currently, most environmentally friendly spray adhesives are based on water-based adhesives. The properties, processes, and application ranges of oil-based adhesives and water-based adhesives are very different:

　　1. The production process and operation of water-based adhesives are simpler than those of oil-based adhesives, and the applicable material range is wide. In terms of employee production safety, it is easier to control and has good applicability within the product's scope of use.

　　2. When water-based environmentally friendly spray adhesives are used in combination with products such as superfine fibers, leather, and fabrics, they can fully exert the adhesive strength of their products, while the product selection range of oil-based adhesives is limited.

　　3. During operation, the operation of water-based adhesives is simpler than that of oil-based adhesives. Water-based adhesive is a water-like liquid substance. In the case of using adhesive materials in the factory, the production efficiency can be increased by more than 200% by preparing an air nozzle, and the post-tension can be increased by more than 40% compared with the previous oil-based adhesives. This allows water-based environmentally friendly spray adhesives to fully exert their product characteristics.

　　4. Oil-based and water-based adhesives have different requirements for the treatment agents and adhesives used in combination with production equipment during the production process.

　　From the perspective of enterprise development, water-based environmentally friendly spray adhesives are more valuable than oil-based adhesives. Currently, the production technology of water-based adhesives in China is already mature, and enterprises with higher comprehensive strength are gradually using water-based adhesives to replace oil-based adhesives in the production process to ensure product competitiveness and production efficiency. However, when choosing between oil-based and water-based adhesives, companies must insist on purchasing environmentally friendly spray adhesive products produced by regular manufacturers.
