Characteristics and Precautions of High-Temperature Spray Adhesive

High-temperature spray adhesive refers to spray adhesive that can be used at high temperatures, typically above 80 degrees Celsius. High-temperature spray adhesive is widely used in furniture, wood processing, handicrafts, color printing and packaging, building decoration, textiles, footwear, leather, handbags, luggage and other industries.
I. Characteristics of high-temperature spray adhesive:
1. Non-volatile substances: Zero volatile organic compounds, because "environmentally friendly water-based spray adhesive" is dissolved and diluted with "water" as a solvent, so there are no volatile organic solvents;
2. Odorless and pollution-free: Solvent-free spray adhesive has a pungent odor;
3. No organic solvents: The solvent used in water-based spray adhesive is ordinary tap water we usually use;
4. Zero VOC, non-toxic: Water and water-based synthetic resins are non-toxic, so "environmentally friendly water-based spray adhesive" is non-toxic;
5. Compared with solvent-type spray adhesive of the same weight, it saves glue: more economical.
6. Long adhesion time. Can be pasted within 1 hour after drying.
7. High-grade and environmentally friendly: It is the choice for high-grade furniture products.
8. High solid content: The solid content is about 50%. Therefore, good results can be achieved without the need for thick spray application.
2. Precautions for high-temperature spray adhesive
1. Store in a ventilated, cool, and dry place;
2. Do not store above 49°C, but it is recommended to store below 30°C.
3. Please keep high-temperature spray adhesive out of reach of children. Please spray it before discarding the glue.
4. If the glue comes into contact with skin or eyes, please rinse with water. If the condition is serious, please seek medical attention immediately.
