Characteristics and Precautions of Water-Based Spray Adhesive

　　Water-based spray adhesives are more environmentally friendly than oil-based spray adhesives. Domestic manufacturers are few, and most are imported. However, the high price leads to significant cost pressure.

　　Characteristics of Water-Based Spray Adhesives

　　1. Odorless and pollution-free: Solvent-based spray adhesives have no irritating odor;

　　2. No organic solvents: The solvent used is ordinary tap water.

　　3. No volatile substances: VOC is zero because water-based spray adhesives use "water" as a solvent for dilution, thus eliminating volatile organic solvents;

　　4. Non-toxic: Water and water-based synthetic resins are non-toxic, therefore water-based spray adhesives are non-toxic;

　　5. Adhesive saving: Compared with solvent-based spray adhesives of the same weight, it is more economical. According to customer usage data, the spray area of water-based spray adhesives can reach three times that of solvent-based spray adhesives (Note: This is related to actual operation and equipment such as spray guns), truly achieving the dual effect of "environmental protection and economy";

　　Precautions for Water-Based Spray Application

　　1. When using this product, please ensure even spraying on the surface of the object to be bonded. However, before spraying, the surface of the object to be bonded must be dry, clean, and oil-free, otherwise it will affect the optimal bonding effect.

　　2. After spraying, apply pressure to bond within 1 minute at a temperature above 20℃ or when the adhesive is no longer sticky (the placement time should be determined according to the workplace). The bonding material should be accurately aligned once for stable and firm results.

　　3. At temperatures below 10℃, the curing time should be extended. Or if the operational process requires it, please contact our engineering department for adjustments to ensure optimal bonding performance.

　　4. When using at temperatures between 10℃ and -10℃, and in rainy or humid weather, control the optimal bonding time. Pay attention to whether the surface of the material and the object to be bonded is dry, otherwise it will lead to poor bonding effect.

　　5. If there are differences in operation, process, and quality during the changes caused by objective factors such as weather and season, please contact the manufacturer in time for solutions to avoid affecting production and reducing production efficiency.
