Water-based spray adhesive manufacturer: A brief introduction to water-based spray adhesives

Water-based spray adhesive is more environmentally friendly than oil-based spray coating. Product characteristics of water-based spray adhesive:

1. Odorless and pollution-free: No pungent odor like solvent-based spray adhesives;

2. No organic solvents: The solvent used is ordinary tap water;

3. Non-volatile substance: Zero VOC, using "water" as a solvent for dissolution and dilution, therefore no volatile organic solvents;

4. Non-toxic: Both water and water-based synthetic resins are non-toxic;

5. Glue saving: More economical compared to solvent-based spray adhesives of the same weight;

6. High solid content: No need to spray thicker to achieve good results during use;

Precautions for using water-based spray adhesive:

1. When using this product, pay attention to even spraying on the surface of the object to be bonded, but the surface of the object to be bonded must be dry, clean, and oil-free before spraying, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.

2. After spraying, place it in air above 20℃ for 1 minute or until the adhesive is not sticky to the touch (depending on the workplace operation and placement time), then press bonding. The bonding materials should be aligned correctly at once for stable and firm results.

3. When using at temperatures below 10℃, the storage time should be slightly extended. Or if the operational process requirements need to be met, please adjust with our engineering department to ensure the bonding performance of the product!

4. At temperatures between 10℃ and -10℃ and on rainy or humid days, the bonding time should be controlled, and attention should be paid to whether the materials and the surface of the object to be bonded are dry, otherwise it will lead to poor bonding effect.

5. During the transformation process of objective factors such as weather and phenology, if there are differences in operation, process, or quality, please contact our engineering department in time to solve the problem promptly to avoid affecting production or reducing production efficiency.
