Performance characteristics and uses ：
The product is an environmentally friendly synthetic rubber-based spray adhesive with low odor, fast drying speed, high initial adhesion strength, high cost performance, and a single-use high-temperature resistance of up to 10 0 ℃. This product has excellent bonding strength to metals, wood, fabrics, sponges, plastics, leather, and automotive interior coverings. It is widely used in saddles, furniture sofas, luggage, decorative materials, air conditioning insulation materials, and other industries.

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid (appearance can be adjusted according to customer requirements)
Viscosity: 350~500 （ mpa.s/25 ℃）
Solid content: ≥ 17%
Tack-free time: Winter 3~5min
Summer ≥ 5min
Glue application rate: 80~120g/m2
Operating instructions ：
a Before applying adhesive to the bonded substrate surface, it should be kept clean and free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities. If necessary, the surface can be cleaned and degreased with ethanol or white gasoline.
b During the gluing process, strive for uniform and thorough application. Spray both sides of the bonding material, ensuring no shortage or excess of adhesive.
c During the spraying process, it is recommended that the spray gun nozzle diameter be 1.8~2.5 mm, and the air pressure should not be lower than 4kgf ，the spraying distance 30~45cm is recommended, and the angle between the spray gun and the substrate should be 45 degrees.
d After spraying the adhesive on the surface of the substrate, dry it at room temperature for 3~5 minutes, and then bond and press after the adhesive is completely dry. In winter at low temperatures or in humid and rainy conditions, heating can also be used to dry before bonding.
Storage conditions ：
The product should be kept away from open flames, high temperatures, and direct sunlight and rain. Store in a cool, dry place at 0~35 ℃
