Brief Overview
DA-703T It is an oily, one-component, quick-drying adhesive. It features high bonding strength, good comprehensive performance, and wide applicability. Suitable for fabric-to-fabric bonding, underwear bonding, cotton-to-cotton, cotton-to-fabric, foam, polyester, foam, PVC PU, XPE , zipper lamination, jeans, cleaning cloth sponge bonding. Suitable for both bonding machines and manual spraying.

Application Instructions
1. This product is suitable for spray guns with a nozzle diameter of 1.3-2.0mm is more suitable. Low air volume or low air pressure will result in poor atomization, but this depends on the specific needs. >4Kg，

2. Bond immediately after spraying; the adhesive layer will lose its bonding strength after drying. The open time after spraying should not exceed 15 minutes.
3. If the viscosity of the product is too high, add an appropriate amount of ketone solvent or ethyl acetate to dilute. Do not add too much; it should not exceed 10%。
4. When spraying adhesive on sponges, if the spray gun is too close to the sponge, the adhesive points will be large, uneven, or penetrate into the material. The spray gun should also not be too far from the object being coated; the adhesive may become stringy in the air. It is recommended that 20-30cm is appropriate.
