One-component Water-based Spray Adhesive DA-6 100 A

Product Introduction

1.  This product is a pure water-based sponge spray adhesive with good initial tack, strong final adhesion, long open time, and excellent high temperature and water resistance.

2.  Product and Process Parameters

State: Milky white or light yellow liquid

Viscosity: 1000-1200 mPaS

Solid content: 55 ± 2%

Spraying amount: 30-40/m² Spraying distance: 30cm Left and right (Do not use too high air pressure)

Open time: 15-20 minutes

Final adhesion: 2-4 hours to break

Initial setting: After spraying the adhesive, wait for 1-5 minutes before bonding for optimal adhesion (the longer the open time, the stronger the adhesion) 。

2cm thick sponge 180 Bending does not bounce back; high-density board sponge 90 Degree bending does not bounce back 。

Heat resistance: 8 5℃,

Water resistance: No delamination after soaking in tap water for 10 days.

Uses: Mattress sponge, automotive interiors, sofas, luggage, sponge and density board, sponge and wood, footwear materials, leather, low-tension sponge, etc.

Precautions

1, It is recommended to use a 1.8-2.0mm nozzle spray gun 。

2, Double-sided spraying is required 。

3, Do not use too much spray adhesive; use as little as possible. Too much will result in slow drying and poor initial positioning. 。

4, If higher heat resistance is required, increase the amount of spray adhesive appropriately. 。

5, It is not recommended to add water to this product, as adding water will affect the initial positioning (slow drying). If water is added, only deionized water can be used;

6, If spraying is not carried out for a long time, it is recommended to clean the spray gun in time; simply rinse with pure water.

7, The gun should be washed with deionized water, not tap water or well water;

Spraying Method

1, Adjust the air and adhesive output of the spray gun; adjust the sprayed adhesive layer to be a thin layer. Both sponges need to be sprayed with adhesive; it is recommended to adjust the atomization to the minimum or turn it off.

2, After spraying, wait 2-3 minutes before bonding the sponges for the best results. Without applying pressure after bonding, the shape can be reset; pressure should be applied between the sponges.

3, It is recommended to wait 0.5-1 hour before moving the bonded sponges. 2 Hours before further processing.

4, It is recommended to clean the inside of the spray gun at least twice a week. Due to the excellent water resistance of the product, it can be cleaned by soaking in solvent, soaking for 1-2 hours.

Common Problems and Solutions

1, Problem: No adhesive comes out after spraying for a long time 。

Solution: Clean the spray gun in time and regularly clean the inside of the spray gun 。

2, Problem: The sponge does not stick or the adhesion is weak when bonded immediately after spraying 。

Reason: Too much or too little spray adhesive, slow drying due to high humidity or low temperature, oil stains or other foreign matter on the sponge, or damp sponge.

Solution: 1. Adjust the amount of spray adhesive. 2. Extend the open time appropriately according to the weather conditions before bonding the sponges.

             3. Use clean, dry sponges.

3, Problem: The bonded sponge cannot be reshaped 。

Suggestion: If a second shaping is required, do so before applying pressure.

4, Problem: The spray adhesive is not colored and the amount of spray adhesive is difficult to control 。

Solution: A small amount of water-based color paste can be added to this product.
