DA-2668 is a high-viscosity pressure-sensitive adhesive made using the latest aggregation technology and based on a special functional group design. It features high peel strength, high initial tack, and high solids content. It is non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly. The film is clear and transparent, with excellent resistance to heat and moisture. It exhibits excellent adhesion to paper, metal, plastics (such as ABS, PVC, PC, FET, PMMA, etc.), and various other materials, especially difficult-to-bond substrates. DA-2668 has a certain degree of self-crosslinking. After film formation, crosslinking enhances cohesion, enabling it to withstand high temperatures. It is widely used in the bonding of various panels, membrane switches, and nameplates in electronic, electrical, and automotive products. It can also be used for bonding noise-reducing and shock-absorbing materials such as foam and rubber.

◆ Product Applications:

Provides both dry and wet bonding strength, high bonding strength for difficult-to-bond materials, long open time, and excellent low-temperature and moisture resistance. Widely applicable in the following areas:

Ø Electronic and electrical products, home appliances, and various panels, nameplates, especially panels with windows and irregularly shaped surfaces, in automobiles.

Ø Various membrane switches, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polycarbonate (PC), and sandblasted polyester (PET) types.

Ø Bonding plastic and metal panels such as stainless steel and aluminum;

Ø Coating foam and rubber for noise reduction and shock absorption, composite materials for sound insulation cotton in stadiums, theaters, cinemas, and other low-polarity fabrics.

In many material composite fields, it is used as a compounding component with VAE, acrylic emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, epoxy emulsion, tackifier emulsion, and rubber emulsion. It has good mixing stability and can be stored for a long time.

According to the requirements of the bonding system and bonding effect, it can be used with a curing agent to improve water resistance, solvent resistance, and high-temperature resistance.

The commercially available packaging specifications for DA-2668 emulsion are:

Plastic inner container, rust-proof high-strength iron frame, 50L plastic bucket, with 2 anti-pollution inner bags.

The shelf life is 12 months. The storage temperature should be controlled between 5～35℃. The product should generally be protected from severe cold.
