【 Overview 】
DA-102 It is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, a general-purpose copolymer emulsion, and a formaldehyde-free, low-VOC environmentally friendly emulsion.
DA-102 The emulsion has excellent adhesion to various substrates, fast bonding speed, and high bonding strength; after drying and film formation, it has low surface tackiness and is very flexible.
DA-102 The emulsion has the characteristics of aging resistance, light resistance, and saponification resistance.
DA-102 The emulsion has excellent compatibility and is very compatible with resins, solvents, and auxiliaries.
【 Main Uses 】
* Adhesives ( Commonly used as an adhesive for plastic films , paper, floors, walls, and ceilings, etc. It is also suitable for bonding metal films, mesh-like materials, and absorbent media on ceramic surfaces, etc.)
* Recommended for roll coating wet bonding of fabric to fabric (bonding of high-foam/polyurethane sponge/EVA chips to fabric is equally excellent), widely used in printing plants, paste plants, color printing plants for bonding paper products, PP film sealing edges, lampshade plants, and artificial flower plants (artificial flowers, hand-feel glue).

【 Safe Operation and Storage 】
DA-102 is chemically stable, non-flammable, and non-irritating. To ensure absolute safety, it is still recommended that you ensure good ventilation in the work environment when handling VAE emulsion. Operators should wear basic protective equipment. If eyes or skin come into direct contact with VAE emulsion, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
DA-102 is recommended to be stored in a place with a temperature between 0-40 ℃ to avoid direct sunlight and freezing. It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored as required and unopened. After opening the barrel of VAE emulsion and not using it up, it needs to be sealed quickly to prevent the emulsion from drying and scaling and from being contaminated and deteriorating.
