· Product Characteristics

High heat-resistant yellow glue, used for bonding metal, rubber, glass, leather, linen, wood, cork, sponge, plastic, paper, cement, cloth, etc.

（ 1 ) The content of natural rubber is higher than similar products 30% above, the adhesion is particularly strong, and the aging resistance is durable.
（ 2 ) It can withstand various harsh environments, such as high and low temperatures, large temperature differences, large temperature changes, ultraviolet rays, and environmental corrosion.

Scope of Application

3 , combination sole (rubber /EVA，EVA/EVA and other shoe materials combination), welt strips, decorative strips.

4 , midsole board, EVA and other shoe midsole materials bonding.

5 , folding edges, positioning, cloth clamping (folding and positioning of shoe upper material before sewing).

High viscosity, high solid content, long viscosity maintenance time, good feel, suitable for EVA , leather, cloth with good adhesive strength, excellent effect on porous materials.

Precautions

1、 The glue should be applied evenly and in place, the optimal bonding time should be mastered, and the alignment should be done at once during bonding. Please conduct a small test before use. Since our company provides products with different viscosities, please choose the appropriate product according to different materials to ensure product quality.

2、 The thickness of glue application varies according to different materials. For materials with porous surfaces or rough surfaces, more glue should be applied.

3、 The surface of the bonded object must be clean and free of oil stains, water stains, dirt, and rust, and the surface must be dry and free of water. Pay attention to whether the surface of the bonded object is dry during rainy days and rainy seasons, otherwise it will cause non-stick phenomenon.

4、   Please use a sample first to confirm before mass spraying production.

5、                Please store in a cool and dry place, away from fire.
